Who you buy from
When you order from a MitiMed-powered store you buy from that pharmacy. Mitisol Limited provides the software only.
Prices
Prices are set by the pharmacy and confirmed by the system when you order; they cannot exceed the medicine’s printed MRP.
Prescriptions
Upload a valid prescription where required. The pharmacy verifies it before dispensing.
Payment
Payment is collected by the pharmacy, usually on delivery or pickup. Online payment is not yet available.
