Medicines
For safety, opened or temperature-sensitive medicines are usually not returnable. Ask the pharmacy before ordering if unsure.
Cancelled orders
You can cancel from your tracking link while the pharmacy has not yet confirmed the order. If a delivery fee was already paid for a cancelled delivered order, it is refunded once.
