The service
MitiMed is subscription software for pharmacies: point of sale, inventory, purchasing, customers and dues, prescriptions, reports, an optional online store and AI assistance. It is provided by Mitisol Limited.
Accounts
The person who creates a pharmacy is its owner and is responsible for who they invite and which roles they give. Keep sign-in details private.
Subscriptions
Plans, prices and limits are shown on the Pricing page. A new pharmacy starts with a 14-day free trial. Paid periods are 1, 6, 12 or 24 months. See Subscription & Billing.
Pharmacy responsibilities
The pharmacy remains responsible for dispensing decisions, prescription checks, licences, pricing and compliance with Bangladesh law. MitiMed is a tool and does not replace a pharmacist’s judgement.
Acceptable use
Use must follow the Acceptable Use Policy.
Your data
The pharmacy owns its business data. We process it to provide the service as described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability
We aim for reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Service level commitments: [To be confirmed by Mitisol Limited].
Liability
