Pharmacy isolation
Every pharmacy’s records are separated by database-level rules, not only by the screen. One pharmacy cannot read another’s data.
Roles and permissions
Owners give staff roles with specific permissions. Sensitive actions — changing prices, stock adjustments, discounts — need their own permission and are checked on the server.
Branch limits
Staff can be limited to one branch.
Audit logs
Important changes are recorded with who did them and when.
Private files
Prescriptions and documents are private and are opened only through short-lived, logged links.
Support access
MitiMed support can view a pharmacy only with the owner’s time-limited permission.
