From choosing a plan to your first sale. Most pharmacies can start selling on the day their account is activated; entering a large opening stock takes longer.

Compare Starter, Professional, Business and Enterprise and pick the users, branches and product limits you need. Contact us if you are unsure.

Talk to our team
MitiMed accounts are created by our team, not by self sign-up. Tell us your pharmacy name, owner's email and the plan and billing period you want.

Receive your invitation
The owner receives an email invitation to confirm their address and set a password. The link is valid for 14 days.

Pay and activate
Pay by bKash, Nagad or bank transfer and submit the reference. Your pharmacy opens once our team has verified the payment.

Set up your pharmacy
Add branches, invite staff with the right roles, set VAT, discount limits, minimum shelf life and receipt details.

Add products and opening stock
Link products to the Bangladesh medicine catalogue or import your list, then enter opening stock with batch and expiry using the wizard.

Start selling
Open the POS on a computer, tablet or phone. Scan, sell, print receipts and review your first daily report.
